A luncheon meeting is held on the 1st Thursday of each month (weather permitting) at the Elks Lodge located on Hwy 62 at Club Blvd in Mountain Home, AR. A no-host luncheon begins at 11:30 a.m., with a meeting from Noon to 1:00 p.m. Guest speakers provide information on current issues, e.g. government, healthcare, education and the community.

TLRW also offers the opportunity for members to participate in a variety of activities as a volunteer and work on any of the following committees: Campaign/Precinct, Community Outreach, Hospitality, Legislation, Membership, Newsletter, Publicity, Scholarship, County Fair, Republican Headquarters, Lincoln Day Dinner, Telephone and Ways and Means.
